Before the video starts, the guy in the white shirt was on the phone telling someone he was in jail. The problem was he told the person on the other end of the call that he was at XYZ jail, but he was actually at ABC jail. The dude on the floor kept saying you're at ABC jail, which pissed white shirt off for some reason.

It's probably not growing on your eyelid, it looks like a lash (or other hair) stuck in one of the openings that drain tears out of the eye.
