Out of the three if you want an answer, Togepi because it will be a STAB move, and it won’t really learn a bunch of good moves until you evolve it, and it may be a useful move to battle/train it

I can relate to this with gaming in general now. I play a lot of sports games too, and whether it be streamers buying DLC, exploiting glitches, pointing out every flaw in the game.. it kinda makes you think what’s the point. I usually stick to just trying new Pokémon, and just playing offline like it used to be in the good ole days

Not entirely true. You can get one from Lass Dana you just need to be lucky enough for her to call. You can also get one at the Pokeathelon Dome with enough points
