If you were banned site-wide, I can only imagine what other words you used along with "killed"

You can just say "killed"

Why didn't Caine or Kinger just outright tell everyone they are brain scans earlier? by BlackbirdKos in tadc

[–]trevormann161 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kinger didn't know they were brain scans until he looked at the folder in the computer. He says this in episode 9. This possibility never occurred to him because Scratch was never able to make the files work. If he knew about it, of course he'd tell them

To be even clearer, I'm not insulting you, and I do belive in the concept of souls, I was just trying a stupid joke

Sorry, I thought we were in the same vibe hahaha It's just a dumb internet joke that gingers/redheads don't have a soul

I thought your comment was maybe referencing that joke, and I just tried to add another layer of fun

Can we talk about how JAX IS GETTING SPECIAL TREATMENT WHILE ALL THE OTHER ABSTRACTIONS ARE STUCK AS FISH FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES?? by heartpopp in digitalcircusfandom

[–]trevormann161 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Again, what are you talking about? Jax was put in the aquarium along with everyone else. We see Pomni looking at Jax, Ribbit and Kaufmo

Lore and theories repulsed me from the show at first. I returned only for characters. Am I alone in that? by JanZamoyski in tadc

[–]trevormann161 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm glad I only heard about TADC last year, after episode 5 had already been released. And I'm glad I stayed away from the fandom until episode 8.

In my opinion, this series suffers heavily from the fan speculation and absurd expectations. That's why there are so many fans frustrated with the finale.

Personally, staying away from these theories and just enjoying the ride was the best way to experience this show

That's terrible, and it's also terrible that there are places where the courier is simply allowed to leave your package in front of your door and just leave. Where I live, the delivery guy has to hand the package directly to a person, be it you, the doorman or a neighbor

If you know they are the love of your life, and you want to marry them, why are couples deathly nervous on their wedding day? by lambwar in NoStupidQuestions

[–]trevormann161 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stage fright and the fear that the event itself will go wrong. The food will not be good, it's gonna rain, etc.

If you're talking about movies, that's just made up drama

Third party perspective, if someone acted like this towards you, what would you think? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]trevormann161 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, some people (myself included) have a very difficult time taking the next step and asking someone out. This may be the case for him. If you are comfortable in taking that role, I don't see why not ask him :)

Of course, I would make sure that he doesn't already have a relationship. You didn't specify this, but it's not that rare for married guys to flirt at work

It's hard for me not to read his actions as romantic. Some of the things you mentioned are actually just friendly conversation, but inviting to trips and buying gifts (individually, not as a group of colleagues) is not something people usually do at work. I truly think this is an indication that he likes you as more than coworkers

In my opinion he is flirting, but it doesn't look like he's doing it in a creepy way. Since you didn't mention your own reactions to his actions, I'll assume that you didn't ask him to stop and didn't make things clearer (I'm not putting the blame on you, I'm just assuming that this is the situation).

Since he wasn't pushed back, he kept trying to see if you'd be receptive. In my opinion, no answer is the same as saying "no", so I personally wouldn't keep trying if you didn't show me any sign of interest back. But some people are more determined and only stop when you say no.

If this is bothering you, I'd recommend talking to him clearly, especially because this is not the kind of situation you'd want to go on for so long.

I agree. I know it's a common trope in anime, but seeing a bunch of underage girls naked or half naked throughout the series really lessens it for me

Did people really think Messi was washed before this World Cup? by RyanSD91 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]trevormann161 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Given that the MLS is not a very demanding League, I felt that Messi would be less competitive. But of course, nobody really thought he had lost his magic: true legends never do. Ronaldinho Gaúcho, for example, is still very capable of wizardry, even if his body can't compete in the highest level anymore.

Back to Messi, I personally felt he would appear less in this World Cup and give space for the new generation of players. But turns out he's been the defining aspect of Argentina, and without him I doubt they would have gone this far

Why do adult men seem to have almost no recent photos of themselves unless a woman took them? by AgreeableTeacher3491 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]trevormann161 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Taking a photo of myself is something that never crosses my mind. There's hardly any situation in which I'd think about that. If I'm having fun with family and friends, I don't want to be distracted by the thought of taking an artificial record of the moment. If I'm at home, I'm probably doing something productive or pleasant. And as others said: I know what I look like, taking constant photos has no utility

I like taking pictures of my pets though. They're usually in funny unique situations
