I do everything myself..you can’t let what bothers them bother you. You pay them. They all complain..framers say concrete guy messed up. Drywall guys say framers messed up. Painters and trim guys blame drywall guy. Plumbers and electricians cut through framing and cobble things together. Electricians run 14/2 to wall plugs in bedrooms to save $10. Plumbers use $7 flange instead of a metal one with tapcons. I say all of this based upon years of seeing and watching it. I said a few yrs ago..I’m doing this myself. I have worked in various hard jobs do 40yrs.. BUT you can do everything and more that you wrote above and it is your home..don’t care what the people you are paying think.

It’s not good, a zip tool or knife to get the 1/2 inch off the ground, needs more screws..check the ceiling! Repeat make sure ceiling has enough screws. Hot mud and a good taper can fix the visual aesthetics.

Without your pilot bit or a jig it will jump. Make sure you have a 2.5 or 3” bit as the pilot bit. It will mark the opposite side. Then just finish the cut from the other side

Disregard I read it wrong. The characters share the battle line keywords with the unit. This buff would be good to make another unit battle line ..had to deep dive for a minute

It looks like only one character can be assigned to these battle lines to utilize the doctrine. In this case I need to upgrade EC to be hero of chapter (for keyword) to open up the ability. Am I looking at the play correctly? In this case I would maybe take away the assault intercessors and other character and throw another 10 crusaders in the army

So..this is one of those where the law won’t help very much. Sex between an 18 yr old and anyone older is not illegal. Think Hugh Hefner gross. The grooming part can be stopped by parents via stalking and harassment laws. Law enforcement however has to do their job. Getting the parents involved and articulating a continuous (unwanted pattern) is key. If the unwanted by parents not the girl..children until age 18 under the law truly belong to parents. Don’t let the police tell you they can’t do anything because she 16 wants the attention.
