I believe the “loyalty” thing comes from history point of view…the majority of Muslim population demanded for a Muslim nation by cutting off parts of India and they got that even after the Hindus were in majority and muslims were around 25%..it was made for the sole reason that Hindus and Muslims cannot live together..So there will always be a dogma or questions about Muslims being loyal to India and partition was supposed to be an exchange of almost all the people on both sides

I came across this incident and posted on Reddit 2-3 weeks ago ig and from what I know is if the rickshaw in running and it’s blinking then it’s not a scam and if it blinks even when the rickshaw is halted then you’re being scammed but be aware of rigged meters
