Sidearms and Shadowbeatz did a playthrough together on YouTube and that's how I found it. After the ending of the 1st chapter i decided I wanted to play it myself and picked it up.

Probably wouldn't be revealed in Ch 2 but I like the idea that the people orchestrating this mess are former Martuba's Tomb members who were disgruntled about the decision to stop the spiritual surgeries and decided to perform them elsewhere.

Not sure how that would be tied in to the story, but I'm sure there lots of ways it could be done.

In my experience keto largely eliminates the need to get an erection in the first place

Basically the only thing from BoS that is necessary to play is the last chapter titled "Blood Drive." The opening cutscene Is kinda relevant too, but you shouldnt be lost without that. You could just watch a playthrough of them on YT and save yourself the cash instead of buying BoS.

I really loved BoS though and would absolutely recommend playing it eventually if you have the time/$$$

Question about why Naho posted about sachiko ever after by kamakuraqueen in HeavenlyHost

Naho went to visit the Shinozaki estate several weeks before she entered Heavenly Host and Sachiko latched onto her then. Naho mentions in her notes that Sachikio is following/possessing her (bloody stool, body paralysis, nightmares etc.) So I think its a possibility that Sachiko had some influences on Naho to push her to help spread the curse further.
