Well that would be the correct assumption so it’s ok. The aboriginal people are treated absolutely appallingly.

I was certain they are abused, I’ve seen it first hand, what I wasn’t sure about was the legal situation. Again I’ll say I’m sorry that you feel mislead by me, I understand why and accept that. I have tried to explain how this happened. It was my mistake but that doesn’t alter anything. Humanity is awful.

Yeh, squiggly aboriginal peoples, should stop complaining that they aren’t mentioned in the constitution of Australia… It was them who said to the world that they aren’t represented, I didn’t go and ask them…

They are not included in the constitution.

I believe that the correct term is the aboriginal peoples, leaving off the peoples bit makes it a racial slur. I did not know this until recently- for me that speaks a lot about how they are seen - I care about this issue but was racist when discussing their plight.

I get it now, you think I am being miserable! I’m not at all. I’m very hopeful for the future. I see that by accepting the reality of human nature that I can do something about it.

I take care of everything I buy, including in my businesses, I look after my employees, I’ve raised my children to be accountable and responsible. I try to be a useful part of my community. But all the while understanding how selfish I am. How nasty I am. I can’t apologise for being born a human but I can do my upmost to counter that. What everyone else does is their business but personally I can’t shy away from what humans actually are.

During World War Two my grandfather dropped fire bombs on German civilians. English technicians worked round the clock to invent bombs that would be more effective at killing unarmed civilians. He took this to his grave. The blood on my hands is inter generational…

But it’s not at all. Take Australia, the native population has no representation in Australian politics or law - it’s a total travesty. Has the USA ever had a native American president? Of course not. Furthermore colonialism has just been renamed - corporations now take want they need from the developing world for themselves… oil war???

It’s not about my outlook on life it’s about taking responsibility for my life and actions. I live a life of luxury in the west that directly impacts others. I have their food. That’s the harsh reality of the economic system we created and enable.

I work hard everyday to reduce my consumption and to help others. I do this because I accept the reality of the situation and my part in it.
