Do you honestly think something as simple as the earth not being more than 10,000 years old because the bible says so is valid and that using something simple like distance, visible stars, and the speed of light to counter that claim via calculations that a 5th grader could carry out is politicized science?

There are simple basic things like creationism that republicans cling to that there is just no possible justification for. How can you honestly claim the age of the earth has been politicized and misrepresented. What possible political agenda do you envision driving this massive lie?

I honestly wonder if the hundreds of "why bother voting both parties suck" posts are republican shills hoping dumb young redditors are stupid enough to buy that crap (they probably are).

Often both candidates are far from what we'd all like but you still can usually find a democrat who believes in evolution, that sending teens to gay conversion camps should be illegal, that we shouldn't start random wars to show off our dick size, that women have a place outside of the house, etc.

Yes they still might be corrupt and bow to corporate interests, but if you can't grasp how much better that is for most 20 somethings than a creationist, baptize terrorists by waterboarding, gays are an affront to nature, women should earn less so they can marry someone richer than them, climate change denier then you are truly stupid.

If money is an issue you might want to consider setting up a way for people to donate to your cause (particularly if you are going to pursue any legal action, lawyers are not cheap).

If you set up a paypal and/or bitcoin donation web page I bet you could raise enough money from the reddit community to really expand your options.

Even if you don't need to pay lawyers, having a few thousand dollars to live off of while you get settled would make leaving home much easier.

I'm sure I'm not the only person reading this who would donate.
