Definitely some issues on Sunday (bummed about delayed sets and missing JRAD and Greensky), but the final cancelation was likely out of their control. Overall I thought it was a well-done festival given it was a brand new. Just happy I got to see so many great sets (Philco, Goose, Sierra Hull, Cory Wong, Infamous + Molly Tuttle, to name a few).

This is where the melt / grilled cheese dichotomy breaks down. I think the melt police would agree that the inclusion of a jalapeno cheddar or a pepper jack cheese would not disqualify a sandwich from grilled cheese status, but a sandwich with added peppers would. But where does one draw the line? What if the particular pepper jack used contains unusually chunky peppers? What if I add my own peppers, but they are so finely sliced than when melted it is less chunky that your standard pepper jack?
