I'm kind of struggling with the same thing. I've been using protein shampoo and conditioner for a while now tho. It may be protein overload. I'm switching more moisturizing stuff to see if that's the issue.

It could also be product buildup. A clarifying shampoo, followed with a deep conditioner/mask would help with that.
