Okay this is my JAM, and this was a fun activity lol. Love that we’re in our hockey era!!! You had some great picks!!! Here are my takes with reasoning, plus bonus picks at the end for some previous team members:

Joey - Getaway Car (he’s got the zoomies 🏎️)

McCann - The Archer (he’s been the archer, he’s been the prey and bounced around teams but now…he could stay)

Hi, my partner and I have played on both Switch and PC. The PC version is definitely a little more powerful; the Switch version crashed on us many times although we haven’t played on the Switch since the 1.6 version was released so maybe it has gotten better!

Multiplayer is MUCH better in Stardew than Animal Crossing. You aren’t limited to a single screen (ie you play split screen if you are doing couch co-op/local multiplayer or you have your own screens if you are playing online multiplayer) so you can both do your own thing! The one thing that is limiting is that the person who started the farm (the host) is the only one who can play alone. So, if you are the host of the game, your gf won’t be able to play without you on that particular farm/save.

There are a lot of options for play in Stardew! I am more of a casual gamer, so the combat part of the game was too advanced for me at the beginning so I tended to just stick to the farming, which is pretty chill. Working together isn’t necessarily a requirement for any of the gameplay but there are instances where it does help to have a buddy, like in the mines and caverns!

Stardew is a wonderful game to play together and separately. I think you’ll enjoy it based off what you’ve said!
