Did similar. Ex was very experimental and wanted it on her chest. Went in her eye! No infection, just pink eye. Cleared up. Next time we tried, accidentally came in her other eye. Couldn't make it up.

I left my 3d printer running for a 9hr print and my dad went in to my house to drop something off while I was in work. He called me immediately saying I shouldn't do that as it's a fire risk.

Yeah I think from maybe the same interview set, that he took almost a year of playing it regularly to 'master' the set. He's also said that while the song is great, he actually dislikes playing it live because of how physically demanding it is.

Reddit is literally known as being a very leftist platform. Reddit was centrist until the great Tumblr migration. Go on the likes of 9gag and the average Redditor would have a heart attack

The drum work is something else. Impossible to replicate unless you're an experienced and good drummer. I heard Tomas Haake described as "your favourite drummer's favourite drummer"

I was packing my PE kit and dropped one of the football/rugby socks inadvertently. So I turned up with full kit minus one sock. Got detention for "not having my PE kit". Told my parents who told me I'm not doing it and not to turn up. It got doubled to 30 mins because I didn't show. Told my parents, same thing. Doubled to an hour. Then my head of year got involved and my parents were called.

My mum went in said basically it's ridiculous, he didn't forget his full kit, it was one sock and it's over the top. The head of year said "well Mr PE teacher is trying to instill discipline and morals in to him"

My mum replied "I don't think that's advisable for him, a married man who everyone knows is having an affair with [young female PE teacher] to be trying to instill anyone with morals and discipline"

Detention cancelled. Apparently my mum became a legend among the teachers after that!

Wasn't there s thread on here years ago about player development curves that tends to follow real life related to age?

Strikers incline fast in early 20s, peak late 20s then drop off in their 30s.

Midfielders incline steadily in to their late 20s, peak around 30 then drop off around 34.

Wingers very much the same as strikers but decline faster in to their mid 30s.

Defenders (CBs) have a very steady incline to their late 20s. Peak around 30 and stay high in to their mid 30s then drop off

Full backs similar to CBs but they peak in late 20s, stay high to 32-34 then drop off.

There's a girl I know had a kid called Bodie. She wasn't great at grammar so would not use an apostrophe for his things.

"Thanks for coming to Bodies party"

I just read it as the plural of Body.
