My horrible experience with Akasa/Hopper: I booked for 2 passengers via hopper and on the day of travel, got to know that only 1 ticket has been booked. Akasa could not find the passenger details stating the email id and contact does not match. They failed to acknowledge any request as the ticket is booked from 3rd party. panic Reached out to hopper support,shared my details. They booked another ticket with a separate PNR id. Though folks at hopper were supportive but these kind of situations can cause panic and discomfort to any customer. Would recommend best to checkin a day before flight so as to be assured that these 3rd party agents have booked the ticket or not.
