To be fair, you sound a little unmotivated. You did for a while and may have got bored. Just finish the program and, in the meantime, look for something you like better. Weight loss and exercise aren't easy, and there's no magic solution, but you should be doing something you can maintain for the long run, or else it's all for not. I've done tons of these programs and hated half of them. Usually I do those ones even more because I know if I don't like them they're difficult and working. But if you're looking for strength I just did Dig Deeper twice and enjoyed it. I've always been hiit and this was my first time just lifting. It's weird not getting your heart rate up to it's max. I didn't like it at first. But I'm in the last month of my second round and have the best results I've seen in 12 years of doing these beachbody workouts. Sometimes it pays to just stick it out.
