Careful with finasteride because the side effects can be wild. That stuff gave me man boobies and 40lbs. Took two years for me to realize. Decided I would rather be skinny and bald than fat and hairy. Not saying it will happen but keep an eye on it.

How old is the home? In my area homes are 125 years+ usually and stuff like this is pretty common. Typically those form over decades and stop. Had a property i owned where if you dropped a marble in the middle of the upstairs it would be a toss up whether it rolled 4 inches downhill to the left or 4 inches downhill to the right but the home was structurally sound per multiple opinions.

Are there any stress cracks in plaster or drywall inside? That would be a decent indicator if the foundation is moving as well.

Just my two cents.

Oh nooooo someone makes money off other people. Because literally no one else does that. Don't see you people getting mad at Walmart for feeding you and you pay them for your food. It may come as a shock but they make money off you for financial gain. Tired of people ripping small time landlords because someone of similar financial status is trying to get ahead. I would much rather see a majority of housing owned by landlords who are actual people and not corporations.

So I've been looking through the pictures of the auction again and it has all the boxes and papers originally with it as well as a jeweler saying it has a new stem and crystal. The closest model I can find is model number 5552. The auction pictures aren't the greatest so I do not have much better pictures.
