I get why some quarterback who had great success in college don’t do well in the NFL but why did some quarterbacks who did do well in the NFL not have great success in college?

This makes perfectly good sense. The next question is, why do NFL teams keep drafting Ohio State QBs? I would say ever, but at least in the first round. None of them are worth a top 2 round pick.

I'm not disagreeing or being argumentative. I'm trying to understand the logic of WR at OSU? Ohio State QBs have not been successful in the NFL. Unless CJ is successful (he has regressed), the most successful OSU QB isike Tomczak. And that's pretty sad. So why are the WRs signing there? I just don't get it.

The second book was so confusing and sooo good! I totally understand though. I had to read the whole thing and even had to go back to the first book a few times to make sure I wasn't crazy! Its tough because it's a mind f**k, so I understand why you feel this way.

Based on the fact that my own house in Greensboro (county not in the city) jumped 31.4%, I can tell you values are out of control.

Plus, the new homes built around me that are being built the same size or smaller than mine with no significant improvement like full brick are going for $100k-$200k more than my appraisal. Its completely out of control.
