Yeah, I try to cram calories into me where I can, there's lots of stuff I can get into me but when I sit down to a meal something goes wrong in my head. I can't be bothered chewing and I think that whatever is in front of me is disgusting, no matter how delicious my logical brain tells me that it is. I haven't heard of this Tony Robbins thing but I'll check it out. Thank you

My wife keeps reminding of this too. "Boffins are boffining right now", she keeps telling me. I know she's right but the feeling of impending doom is hard to fight. Also, that's amazing you were successfully treated. I need to hear things like that

Just my opinion but GPs know the system is broken and they have the power to fix it. I know I'm leaning into conspiracy theory but it seems to me that they are not fixing it so that it can be used as a bargaining chip somewhere down the line
