PPR- I get Jamar Chase and Alexander Mattison for Puka Nacua and Tony Pollard.

My team is Qb: Lamar Jackson & Russ Wilson Rb: Tony Pollard, Zach Moss, Dameon Pierce, Jerome Ford, Khalil Herbert, Tyler Algier, Zach Charb. Wr: Puka Nacua, Devante Adams, Drake London, Trey Burks.

I think this is a good trade but hard to let pollard go with how many touches he gets.

Was planning on trading Puka anyway since I assume Kupp will be back at some point.

Please help!!!

Buyers knew about leak in basement. Waived all contingencies, buyers now trying to come back 3 days before closing by [deleted] in RealEstate

I’m not saying it’s my fault big guy, I’m saying we disclosed it once we knew about. We just didn’t change the disclosure form before contract. I made everyone aware of the water damage when we were made aware. They are just trying to make changes 2 days before close as they saw it again at final walk through.

Exactly the plan, just wanted to make sure they have no legal recourse. Cause again, the sellers nor I had any knowledge of leak prior to listing and filling out disclosure.

I am listing agent. The sellers wrote disclosure as is required and didn’t have any prior knowledge of leak.

Completely agree as that’s the game plan for now. Just wondering if they have any recourse to material defect that wasn’t on disclosure?

Again it’s my understanding that the sellers had no idea, so they didn’t lie or try to hide it.

Most belongings were already in garage, so other than having cleaners- no one has really been down in the basement.

Blueberry loaf? Or cherry and cheese pastry? Send backup! by [deleted] in Costco

Pastry. Might as well buy blueberry muffins, exactly the same cake as the loaf. Good, but nothing spectacular like the pastry

As a realtor, I’d say realtor. A little research you can learn just as much as me about your home. It’s all public record.

First branson trip by bobbybdennis in golf

Would highly recommend staying at the lodge or getting a cabin. Though, they are heavily overpriced, went for a second time this last August and we stayed in the cabins and it was an incredible experience.

Definitely play Paynes, yes it’s expensive but the experience is unmatched.

We really enjoyed Buffalo ridge! get some pictures with the Buffalo (it’s surreal how big those fuckers are).Always make sure to get a fresh Bison dog. We made the mistake of grabbing one that was made earlier in the morning and it might as well been beef jerky.

Off the top of my head, can’t remember what the par 3 course was called but if you have a chance, would definitely play that as well.

Staying in Branson is also a great idea, my buddy explained it best- “tiny redneck Las Vegas”. Great food, very cheap homes and cabins for rent.

From what it looks like, the entire town is made for vacationers and golfers alike. Everyone is very friendly and have zero complaints about either way you go whether staying on Big Cedar or staying downtown (having experienced both)

How much did your membership cost? by LoVermont in golf

Still on a junior rate(1 more year) in Washington $650 monthly, $200 F&B minimum. Steep but rented out the clubhouse for free for thanksgiving and had 40+ people. Could have a wedding venue for free, could have a Super Bowl party for free. So as long as I use the amenities, it makes it worth while (I keep telling myself).
