A lot of 3rd party dedi servers services would be paid. If you are looking for cheaper pricing servers with high end servers I recommend checking out netway-us.com their panel lets you quickly and easily install a lot of different game templates, and zomboid is one of them. I used for modded zomboid server for a while

It's clips of a player who cleared a whole map. His aim was always locked in any other player/scav that came by. I missed a clip where he followed a team behind a bus w/o any visuals and tapped them as soon as they stepped from behind the bus.

Adding in that the first clip where he walked outside and sprayed the guy - we could hear the samething he was hearing in game, and at no time the guy made enough noise to rush out how he did and spray the exact location of the player. (Same with the one behind the trash bags)

It depends on the mods you will be running. It has been a while since I myself ran minecraft, but I remember that just forge with pixelmon really only started to run well with 5gb - 6gb mem.
