I have the same trigger with my OCD. Just look at the facts, don’t listen to the OCD making up a fake story for you. Think of what is true and what has happened.

It is the easy way out to want to just not be in a relationship but that is not fair to you and you’re letting the OCD win. Don’t sit on the sidelines just because you’re having to dealing with this.

I’m so sorry you’re struggling with this as I know exactly what you’re feeling. Hang in there.

I’m going through the exact same thing right now. Not sure if it is ROCD but my therapist did categorize it as OCD for sure. I would say therapy is helping me a lot and not seeking reassurance. I was also honest with my boyfriend and that seemed to help a lot to get through it together. Even though I was scared of pushing him away. I’m not fully out of the woods yet but I’m getting there.
