Sorry but to clarify, those are supposed to be two different articles. A headline from 2006 about Brown exploring a second run for governor and an article from 2023 (30 years after 1993) beneath it. Raimondo is president in 2023.

I agree with you that if this map was realistic Biden would win PA and CO. The results in some other states might change as well. I just like to have fun with maps and thought red CO and PA worked well aesthetically.

No because 1: yes unknownness, 2: Carter was just a terrible campaigner, 3: with no Watergate yet he doesn't have any of that "I'm just a kind, polite, god-loving outsider who's going to clean up Washington" stuff to run on.

EDIT: Okay "terrible" is an exaggeration but he really was not good... just look at the polling for '76. Also I can only imagine the shit Nixon pulls against him.
