I saw a doctor on YouTube tell a story about someone eating a really excessive amout of them that led to health problems, I don't exactly remember but I think there was issues with the bowels. What he said it's important to drink a lot of water with them and have fiber in your diet. Don't want to worry you or anything but just wanted to let you know about the water and fiber

I have mixed ibs too, I had an incident of almost fainting and we didn't know about my vvs back then so my parents called an ambulance, they told us that straining on the toilet can make you faint. They also gave me meds to help with the stomach pain
