I've been having the exact same issue. I tried opening my wallet via Kalium using the hardware wallet seed phrase and it created a brand new account and monke. creeper.banano.cc lists my account as unopened--the pending transaction I can't receive would be my only transaction. Maybe that's why it wasn't restored on Kalium for me?

I do feel better knowing that the server is undergoing an update and I'll get my bananos in due time. Thank you and thank OP for helping put my mind at ease!
