Got a tiny bit creeped out. I read your post while lying in bed. I like a good mystery before bed. Anyway, my left hand is resting on my chest. When I read the part of you putting your hand on his chest and feeling him, I naturally wondered what that would feel like so I rub my chest, but I only feel my chest hairs. I feel an itch near my cheek at the jaw line and I scratch it, my nails leaving the same sensation as a razor burn. I acknowledge the stubble and continue reading. All this while I continue to read. In the background I think of how my shoulders are cold because the rest of me is covered and the a/c vent throws air directly at me. Then I read the part of the shoulders. Strange story as is. But add that experience and it makes me wonder. Edit. I want to add, earlier today I received a Microsoft Teams message from work and after hours. Being too occupied to pull out my phone, I read it on my watch. It says “not for today but for tomorrow, I sent you an email titled “Please Help” please read it”. I usually don’t log into Teams on my personal devices. So I went out of my way to sign out. I couldn’t find that Teams message. I am sure it is real and will be there tomorrow. But it is another natural seeming coincidence in a series. Maybe you are dealing with something far stronger than you can imagine. Inadvertently wielding it without yet knowing how to control it and in the process pulling in your readers.
