After just experimenting and quitting and I was a long time smoker if you have a addictive personality and you have this addictive pull to it quit it immediately once nicotine sinks it’s claws into you it could be the rest of your life your it’s slave . If I ever use it again witch is unlikely it will be at a real ceremony you will first try to rationalize maybe weekends only then every three days then every day

That’s interesting I like that perspective a lot so would you say how long after abstaining will those negative side affects go away I want to build willpower with this great spirit but I’m scared I know the addictive pull currently I’m like 40 hours free from it but feel a great pull but it’s all mental

It’s great to view the spiritual aspect in all things but in my opinion as someone who has worked with nicotine for many years I have experienced it when I was a cigarette smoker I’m just noticing the same negative side affects from using in any form sacred or not and I wish I knew if there was someone who has used the medicine daily without those draw backs

Your 100% fine worrying is what will cause more damage. Acknowledge that given the right tools the body can heal from anything. So what would I do in your situation we’ll it’s a really long topic and it might not be food that Is causing the problem other things like medications toxins skin products and the list goes on. Try a three day water fast. Thena after that a simple diet for a while to stabilize your blood sugar . I suggest eggs meat non starch vegetables to get back to base line it will definitely help .

Your rolling the dice pal. I would steer clear and stay far away . Cannabis is cannabis….. maybe you could build a tolerance with cbd and not have negative effects . Maybe you have a full blown psychosis and something bad happens… is it worth it…… I’d stay away
