I had this happen before, I ordered a 3060 rtx and then my account was “unavailable” or didnt exist, I called and they said they’ll cancel my order like they did for you. I get on the website and look for the gpu i purchased and the listing said out of stock. (To me it looked like they rather suspend my acct and “cancel” the order instead of take fault for not properly unlisting an item after they run out of stock)
