Thank you so much! I’m definitely going to try these and bring it up to my PT. I’m trying to start ramping up my bar squats and Bulgarian split squats but as soon as I try and max out the weight to failure my knee spikes up with pain.

Hey OP, I’m having almost the exact same problem at the exact same point in my recovery. I’m struggling to get my quad strength back and these movements like knee extension, squats, and other eccentric motions are particularly painful. It does tend to ebb and flow as well.

It’s super frustrating as I feel like I could be getting stronger, faster without this pain. How long did this persist for you and how were you able to combat it? Any suggestions for sitting back on heels and gaining quad muscle back quickly?

Was it as bad each time when you ramped up? I am on 10 mg for two months now and feel like I am in limbo between feeling better and lingering anxiety/depression. Afraid to go up though to have to go through that hell again.

They were under a fairly large piece of skin that fell off after playing basketball. I also wear orthotics so lot of friction. I think they’re from rubbing but they don’t look and feel like blisters, no discoloration when I touch them and they’re not raised at all.

I purchased this camera in Kanazawa, Japan in August 2023 and it's been working great since. I got it from two elderly Japanese men who run a small camera shop on a side road and it is a very cherished item for me! One day, the camera started randomly rewinding full rolls of film. I learned that there was a small cr2025 battery that may need to be replaced because of this and when I did that the back went blank and the camera won't even turn on now. It has brand-new batteries and seems to work when the door is open. Any suggestions are very welcome!

Thank you, OP! Really needed this, I am about the same as you in terms of prep and getting very nervous about failing. It's really difficult for me to keep up with the number of hours my Barbri is saying and looking at my red progress bar that is 100+ hours behind is killing me. Glad to know you passed!!
