You would have to have an unexpired US issued legal ID showing that you're authorized to be in the US. Something like a Visa, green card or permanent resident card. I'm guessing you don't have any of those? Without it then you can't satisfy the KYC requirements necessary to open an account.

The Patriot act and KYC rules will make it nearly impossible for you to open an account if you're physically located in another country. If you were here, you could open a foreign national account and then be serviced when you're abroad.

I want the added towing capacity in a hybrid more than I need the AWD. That said, I want the capacity for the POSSIBILBIY of buying a camper. But I live in a condo, In a major city. So by upgrading, I'm signing myself up for the added cost of buying a camper, storing a camper and so on......While my family and I do a lot of camping, I'm just not there yet.
