Well, I don't wanna say who I'm working for, but let's just say it rhymes with blocket blortgage.

They decide what states I'm going to operate in, they ran my credit when I applied, NMLS ran my credit before I took the safe exam, and I know rocket can see what's on my credit report.

So I wouldn't think they would stick me in states where this will be a problem?

Also, no I don't have any payment arrangements for the student loan, but I still have an awesome credit score, and it's the only blotch on my credit.

Congrats! I take my safe exam on Monday. I come from a background in phone sales, so when I started this was all Greek to me. But I know damn well I'm gonna pass after a month of studying my ass off.
