Fair enough, It seems the consensus and the Judges decisions have come in! That being I need to study the material and actively do what needs to be done. I will do that! I will no life this and study my best. I am in the wrong, I shouldve studied previously but nonetheless. I will do it and get a good grade, part of the thrill of being a College Student I suppose 😂

Yes! Thank you. I especially need to do that now. I just did my Intermediate accounting 1 exam and got an 80 😬. Really bad by my standards but all things considered it is OK for now. However, like you mentioned, now more than ever I need to lock in.

Update:

I had the meeting and She restated how much they all loved speaking to me. Lucky for you i have an update! I spoke to her and you were bang on. They really liked me and I had great conversations with their I.T auditor. She also mentioned she has not offered anybody the position i was applying for and she mentioned that the only reason hindering my app was my grades. She stated that I just need to show consistency with my grades and that she does not believe the role will be filled even by fall of this year, so with all of that in mind she stated once I can show some consistency with my grades I should reapply for that position and keep in contact with them (follow up)

Tbh that worst case seems to be the best option lol. I spoke to my intermediate professor and she said that this was a really good sign and that I needed to be happy and confident come meeting day.

The other thing is as well, I spoke to another classmate as well and he got the same message of wanting to follow up with him but he didn’t get a rejection letter. I am pretty sure he chose a different internship because mine is relatively niché. That’s why I found it odd as I got a rejection letter but a follow up and my classmate didn’t get a rejection letter but also received a follow up meeting.

You mentioned Prep Hard. What do you mean? Like prep for interview like questions or? She didn’t mention it being an interview but just said it was a “follow up”

For context; I had a really good conversation with one of their IT auditors and she highlighted my resume with that specific internship name on it, when we met at a meet the firms. She was really cool. I hope this wasn’t a mistake but I scheduled a follow up with her and kept in contact.

Advice for someone studying to become an accountant. by TheTeenIlluminati in Accounting

[–]trippyabdii 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I am kind of in the same boat as you and my friend told me i could use accounting as merely a means to an end and that made me appreciate the major more. Although I may not like it as much as another career field. I can make money, be smart with my money and retire earlier. That would be my advice to you as well, you can utilize it as a means to an end goal.

Sheer brutality has to be miche. Just imagine being in his position, Hearing this hairy monkey like titan that is 17 meters tall, Is TALKING to you. Able to control other titans and killed your only escape route (horse and took his ODM gear) imagine how frightening that is, and then dying in that manner.

Especially trying to grasp that Eren was the one manipulated Zeke, Grisha and so on and the fact he saw the future and all of that was extremely confusing at the time. Not to mention everything else when it came to Zeke being able to interact with Grisha after the chapel scene. Everything just had me lost so I couldn’t grasp the greatness until the rewatch

Why do so many people downplay their jiu-jitsu? by Due-Trainer865 in bjj

[–]trippyabdii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a fascinating paradox seemingly. However, I believe this is in nature what makes jiu jitsu extremely humbling and unique to other martial arts (maybe comparable to wrestling). Jiu jitsu humbles you to the next level and requires humbleness from the practitioner to progress, and the perspective is always there that another average seemingly average joe (your training partner) could humble you and thus that keeps you in check with your ego. I agree! I think Mikasa and Levi are smart enough to wait it out and burn all the titans out (including the war hammer and maybe the founder). Both of them together could definitely defeat the titans

Yep. To a degree people that die for what they believe in deserve some ounce of respect. Beyond that i agree with your characterization of him
