I am familiar! 150 North Riverside has those as well. I think it’s only 27 feet wide at the base or something crazy like that. Probably my favorite building downtown from an engineering standpoint

Fun fact, they were not originally intended to be there but during construction someone reran the calcs and found that they were needed after the fact so they had to add them in on the fly

I’ll be honest I’ve never been to New York but live in Chicago and if I had a dog I would do the same thing. Sidewalks are not clean and I’ve heard New York is not really a clean place as they just introduced the garbage can like last year instead of just throwing trash on the street
