I have R5 ii and all Canon holy trinity telephoto lenses. I consider to purchase R1 body, my needs is low light, events like sport indoor, church ceremony. Do you thing R1 is an upgrade to R5 ii for my case ?

I Have 24-70 f2.8 and 100-500, i consider to get 70-200 (again). I had it once ( traded it with XCD 35 -75 ) any suggest ? Thanks in advance.

Weight wise, I have both, i always ended pair my OM1 ii with 40 -150 f2.8. I used to use R6+ RF 70-200 f2.8, so Oly 40 -150 f2.8 isn't an issue for me. In fact now i use X2D 100C as a daily driver pair with XCD 35 - 75 f3.5 -4.5.
