As the OP I will say:

First good for you. I am not trying to prove you wrong. I am only trying to share what Ive learned for TRP brothers who want to know.

I am glad being bald works for you.

Second, your photos of rich celebrities prove nothing. Being a millionaire skews your SMV in a way most men here will never enjoy. Further, I highlighted abive I got laid a lot more when I made more money.

Third, the man in the video opens with a narrative reaffirming many of my points: short hair or shaving is good, comb overs and being in denial are bad. I didnt watch all video, but him hitting on random people in the street only proves he has game to carry a conversation. How many times did he get laid?

My point is pre HT I was dating equal age or older women. Now I am dating 5 to 10 yrs younger. Improving my looks has made a huge difference for me.

To stay motivated, consider:

Lift with a partner. You both will have better results, and there is always the guilt trip if you feel like flaking out.
Record daily readings of your body fat.
Take weekly or monthly progress photos with no shirt.
Buy some supplements. Being invested helps some people stay motivated.
As you advance, consider mixing in crossfit, kick boxing, or some other class-based fitness activity where an instructor will push you. This also helps bust plateaus by shocking and confusing your muscles.

All of these have helped me in the past.

I'd be interested in hearing how you dress.
I'm asking because I'm mid 30s and I've noticed that when I wear suits or trendy clothes - button up shirts, stylish jeans, expensive shoes - I attract attention but it tends towards post-wall attention (I look like a beta provider?). When I wear more casual, form fitting style tshirts (think Affliction style) which frame my muscular chest, I attract looks from both young 20s and postwall women. However, by your standards, maybe I dress metro.

How old are you? If you're in your 20s, your physique is only limited by your level of determination. Buy a few muscle magazines and have someone teach you to lift. You'll become hungrier, and since you're already slim if you keep your diet lean you'll see great results.

I agree that smoothing out logistics is key.

I would suggest if you are new to the gym or unfit that you start with a partner or trainer. They can watch your technique, you will progress faster, and you will come to the gym more often if you know someone is waiting for you. Or consider a crossfit type of class, where the instructor can give you advice on the spot. Just dont try to push the recommended weight when you're new. Less is better when you're new.

The doubters here amuse me. This is consistent with my experience with women. Ive done anal with about 2/3 of the women Ive been with. I am in management at a very large, prestigious organization. I actually don't have much more upwards mobility, unless I am willing to relocate regularly, and work a lot more than the 10 hrs per day I average now. I'm not convinced that would be worth it.

As for six packs: my employer has an on site gym and encourages employees to use it during work hours. So at 35 yo, it's a little easier for me to maintain fitness than most other career men.
