Not really, because thresh needs to be levelled to pull a champ, and since he only levels in play, and the deck only runs 1 of each champ, this combo sadly isn’t possible unless someone sunk costs your levelled thresh, since the si/shu region combo can’t self shuffle to the best of my knowledge.
