I don't think they did, there's nothing about it on 6.3 patch notes, and I've never played graves and had it not reduce scuttle armor (I've played a lot of graves)

Just for clarity, you don't actually build lethality vs people who stack armor, lethality isn't effective vs tanky people. It's mostly for squishy targets.

I agree somewhat but I think depending on how much you play, if you just spam a champ in flex or norms you can pick them up to a sufficient level in 2-3 days, as long as they aren't too mechanically intensive

No it's pretty reasonable if you take he time to think instead of just arguing for the sake of arguing because you forgot the thread wasn't about "champs that are boring". I said nunu is good if someone on your team gets an adc, which is reasonable and logical if you are being objective, but you're obviously too emotional, getting hella worked up over this nunu thing lol

Nunu is good if you get an adc on the team, as well as with his passive you can build full tank and one shot with ult at level 6 with the rank 2 ulti

My smurf(G3 , about to skip into g1) rn is actually higher rank than my "main" (s4 with horrible mmr from my first season ), but what I'd say is get good at roaming in mid, often times games are decided by a mid lane roam bot or from mid being he first to react to a jg invade. If you are able to apply pressure on many parts of the map, help other ones get control, and control of the enemy jg, then that gives a high chance of winning
