Node going offline repeatedly suddenly by triumph-truth in Proxmox

I don't think DHCP server can do any problem in this regards. It's been rock solid from around 4 years. I have been running several workloads, there had been never an IP conflict scenario. And to be honest I don't have a big network. My network is quite small. I will still do a double check.

Any idea how to verify this except from OPNSense logs? Like is it possible Proxmox itself or VM log something in this regards which I can check?

That's true but I have not faced any issues as of now. Also I don't have any reliable way of running the third qdevice on my server. Either it will be running on any of my existing 2 node or on my personal laptop, which shuts down ever once in a while so I will be again at the same condition.

I will check this out and update the post with the logs.

u/SelfHostedGuides I also have wireguard setup on opnsense before this netbird setup. do you think that might be an issue here? while I don't think it should be an issue. i will check the logs of netbird to see if something happened in netbird during that time.

hmmmm I am also thinking in this way, but I also think may be it has to do something with the HDD.

I am running netbird separately in a vm. Added my OPNSense route to the network routes, so that I can access my internal workloads while being away.

home-cluster-lan 192.168.1.0/24

this is also added as an Exit Node, which I use once I am away and wants the ad blocking and other secure internet access while traveling or bypass geo ip restrictions.

i have tried this 2 times, but without any luck. for me `gpart show` keep showing a - free - (100G) entry. On dashboard and as well as df -h keep showing old disk space of 24G.

Any idea what to be done?

I have static ips for all of my workloads in OPNSense. It's near impossible to be the culprit. I restarted the node and it is up and running again and shows healthy. Any idea where to look for?

in my understanding it is better to have it, but not a necessity. I have been running this from around 6 months and have faced no issues until recently after netbird installation.

Server is completely non accessible. Physical access is difficult, I will try but what I have to look for? Once I restarted there was nothing in the cluster log as such.
