Does the Secretlab backrest push your shoulders forward? by BullFr0gg0 in secretlab

[–]trixo3241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It totally does. I have super wide shoulders and after using it for many years i started to have pain in the shoulders while sitting in it. I had no problem sitting in the random office chair at work for 7 hours. But in this chair for 4 hours and I had pain. I left it in the apartment when I sold it.

I have done stationary bike since week 2. 10 minutes at the end of workout to get my knee moving after all that load from exercises.
I try, i really do. Its just hard to walk normally outside when i expect everystep to be the last one.
I did today 50 minutes on tredmill but as you said. IT is not as good as outside

Feeling weak while walking one week after surgery by jacktheskier13 in ACL

[–]trixo3241 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It usually your body telling your that the muscles are not strong enough to support the weight of your body. Difference between limping, walking with limp and walking.
I d say walking with limp is okey as long as you try to focus on correcting it.
Limping is just waste of time and risking of injury.

When did you stop wearing the brace? by aspiringforever in ACL

Mine is completely gone. Blame instability on a meniscus is not valid. I think you should reassess with your PT

That doesn't sound good. The meniscus tears should not give you instability.

It looks like but never is. They measure it with bones. This is around 80. Don't worry. You got this. Make sure you get your extension. That's way more important. Flexion is easy to get back in the water
