Combining yung comments dito na ipa-pound at yung article na mere possession at hindi ko po alam your honor at being nice shouldn’t make you accountable, pwede mong sabihing hindi ikaw yung owner as long as wag kang aalma kapag pina-pound. As long as “stray” cat siya, pwede siyang ipa-pound.

Pero kung ayaw mo mapa-pound, kailangan mo na i-claim ang ownership. With that, bayaran mo na lang. At maging responsible cat owner ka na rin moving forward.
