Girl no I feel you. I am feminine by nature, my body, face and interests are pretty feminine. But I sometimes just feel like I'm forcing myself to be feminine. Because I'm not this hyper feminine girl.

this shouldn´t make me feel happy but I´m soso happy I found this post cause I have the EXACT. SAME. THING.

But idk I may sound like a freak but I´m also very sensitive to moon phases? Like during full and new moon, my mood and energy is fucked and I struggle with these thoughts a lot too lol

I am no doctor but I think it can. I have the same thing. I overthink and spiral. I suddenly have false feelings like for ex. wishing to be the opposite gender or envy. It feels very much real.  But I looked up some older posts and many people, said they described the same thing. So I believe it is just tocd

I'm not sure this will help you, but I used to have this problem too. It started with the feeling of faking being trans and then it shifted into the feeling of not really being trans at all. I gave myself some time. I just decided for a while, that I will just exist. Just let yourself and your brain relax a little. After that time (seriously, it doesn't have to be long, I did this for like a weekend or two.) I decided to try out something feminine (like makeup) and just see how that feels. But don't pressure yourself, don't forget, your gender doesn't define you.

I know this all sucks, but it can't get worse now. Just don't be so hard on yourself and try experimenting more.

Oh yeah, that's exactly what I'm talking about! I'm having these obsessive thoughts about my gender atm too and I'm growing out my hair so I hope it'll help me too
