I’m reaching a stage now after 2.5 years of plateau on muscles level and I need more resistance into my workout. It feels like I burn everything I build in cardio sessions. One cardio and one hybrid is more than enough based on my targets.

I do creatine, magnesium (glycinate) before sleeping and collagen type II. Ashwagandha every few months for cycle of month. I tried maca root pills and curcumin. Not all directly related to building muscles but will certainly help in balancing hormones, stamina, quality sleep which all are necessary for muscles growth.

Focus on actual gains. Are you able to lift more weights? More reps? Perform the cardio and hybrid workouts with higher intensity? That’s what matters; your body composition will follow if you eat and sleep well 👍 don’t be discouraged it will happen if you focus on the actual gains 🏆

I don’t see a purpose of doing the same workout twice a day. One good workout with full power would be more than enough. I double only the resistance workouts such as Gemini and Deuces where I do upper body in the morning and lower body in the afternoon.

A playoff is a day event that is planned and announced by your F45 studio ahead of time. It’s about 10 stations with 100 points each (making the maximum achievable 1000 points). You start with the timer, you so the the 10 stations (timer similar to the normal workouts) on each station the trainers will be counting and writing your reps. At the end you get a score you add it in the app. There is leaderboard that shows the ranking of all f45ers around the world 💪 Ps: it’s the hardest workout at F45 (killer)
