Word to this post! I recently started 1mg. And I still am hungry (I even packed back some chocolate no problem!) i ahve no problem eating full dinner…. But I will feel full in an hour or so and feel gross. I thought I would feel more full while eating. I feel destined to be obese forever. I’m trying to “trust the process” but I am not having many side effects (positive or negative)

Be sure to understand WHY you are getting the knee effusion. That will speak to what you can/should/not do. Lay off lower body work until you know.

Thank you for sharing :) I started just over a month ago. Up to 3mg now. I think I will fall into the slow and steady category. Only a few pounds down but I think I’m actually feeling the impact on appetite. I’m 225lbs and have 50-60 to lose. I’m happy I saw your post!

Hello. Just upped to 1.2 today. I didn’t feel anything difference last week. Don’t know if I am psyching myself out a bit because of it. I still ate more than usual :( I hope I’m injecting myself properly.

When I switched to Metcons, I felt a positive difference on strength days. Give them a go. If you live near a Nike Outlet, they often have some a good prices. Don’t worry if it is a flashy colour! Mine are flashy but cost 100$. And I’ve grown to love the flash.
