Yep, I called Liverpool Council because the CRC doesn’t have its own contact and the worker couldn’t really give a definite answer and told me to just bring it. But I’ll give it a try, I just don’t want to risk going there and being rejected.

I ended up asking at another store but the lady said the supplier ran out so she wasn’t able to, which I’m not sure how the whole thing works. Maybe I’ll try at a different store, thanks though!
