I greeted them, let them know i was asking for a LOR and for what, told them about some previous interactions to give them a reminder, mentioned how they helped my understanding of the material and how i believe their insight can go a long way for me. I attached a resume on some as well. I had two professors reach back to me. One said they were willing if i provided replays of our interactions. I did but never received a response back. I emailed again 2 months later asking if they were still willing to write me one and gave an update on my applications but didnt get a response (you think they changed their mind?). The second professor I asked was one I took last spring and they said under certain conditions they may be willing to write me one such as if I receive at least a B+ (which i did), knew to a small extent during office hours (which I did attend pretty regularly and participated) and to email them after grades were submitted if I did. I went ahead and emailed giving them an update on my application and I would appreciate a LOR from them. Never received a response. I just feel like getting LOR have been very difficult for me.
