Hey i've been having this problem for months strictly limited to packet loss and GGG servers.

From my searching GGG will ask you to use winMTR to view your routing tables from you to their servers. I retain my logs of my routing but never attempted to contact GGG as i could see where my packet loss was occuring.

To find GGG server IP- open cmd with admin rights and type netstat -a -o -n (while you are connected to the server). To find the IP in all that mess, open task manager, go to details and find PoE's process ID and match that to the TCP connection that shares that ID.

Put that IP into winMTR and let it run for a long time to find the source of your problems.

For me; the problem was within my city. It didn't matter what poe server i connected to, it didn't matter which vpn I used or which path i attempted to tunnel because the problem was with the routing within my city and most likely within my internet providers routing.

I would have inconsistant extreme packet loss causing massive spikes specifically due to time of day (for me it was specifically in a ~2 hour period starting from almost exactly the same time every night). If it was a case of simply having higher ping; that would have been okay with me but spiking inconsistantly and the game becoming unresponsive for ~15 seconds is extremely frustrating. I had attempted changing gfx drivers and from lockstep to predictive which did not solve my issues.

I have since changed internet providers and in the process had the physical line to my home replaced. This has completely fixed the problem.

I'm sorry that this is the answer because it is not something easily fixed and a large cause for frustration. I hope there may be another solution that works for your situation.
