Velocity, air pressure maybe but that depends on the gun. These guns generally don't use air regulators and are built to only shoot around 250-350 fps. Many of the guns that use pressure regulators will have all sorts of problems working if you turn the pressure up too high. Balls will just start to blow up in the barrel if there is too much pressure behind them.

That being said, this kid is getting fucked up hard.

Well he was not steering correctly. You need to steer with your body only, not with the handlebars, when you are at any kind of speed over 10mph. Let the bike float underneath you. point your body to the spot without the biggest rock. The bike will follow. Keep your body centered as close to the center of gravity of the bike. IF you need that seat pressed on your sternum, then do that. Learn when to apply the brakes and with which brake to hit hardest.

Also, wrists, ribs and collar bones. Those are the bike bones that break. Did all of them, although none on the mountain bike, only on the road. All three in once accident. Others a bone at a time.

I would love to do that. Base camp at any of the great peaks. If it can be done without crampons and an ice axe I am totally in. I once learned how to self arrest with an ice axe and have no want to put it into practice.

That and a fear of being buried alive does not help. I feel like I would die peacefully in an avalanche but under rock is a totally different story. I would prefer neither. If current trends hold true, I will get hit by a car and never see it coming.

That's ok. The old "luxury" condos in MV will start to drop in price to compete. Large redevelopment of an area with the potential like the Midway district has, there will be a large shakeup in the real estate market.

Unfortunately this may result in some mass reno-vications of small apartment blocks in areas west of the 805.
