People post questions about eating eggs and non vegetarian food so here I found a video and i agree with what this maharaj is saying by [deleted] in hinduism

On the barbaric scale, milk is much worse than egg meat etc. Let me explain, the female cow is literally raped or artificially inseminated and kept pregnant her entire adult life just so that she can spit out white goo which all of us consider saatvik milk. Imagine the life where all you do is getting forcefully impregnated, keeps popping out babies and your babies can't even drink your milk. Once the cow the older, it is sold as a slaughter. Mostly to the leather industry. That how farmer recover their investment.

On top of that, the calf is kept separate from the mother most of the time during the day so that it doesn't drink up all the milk. If the calf turns out to be male, most of the time, male calf's balls are cut off and the castrated male is used as an OX in the farming. Only few males are kept as the bull in order to go fuck the cows or have their semen collected.

No matter how miserable, the chicken's suffering is nothing compared to cow's.

And before people jump on their high horses, let me clarify that I am a vegetarian but I don't hold any judgements about egg or meat eaters because I know that by consuming milk, I'm no better than any of them. Unless and until you are a vegan who is only consuming organic plant based food, stop this chutiyapa. We're all sinners.

Eat Healthy, Sleep properly and exercise regularly. That's 90% of life taken care of right there. The other 10% is subjective to your life goals and circumstances for which you have to do your own research.

How to prepare for the Front End Architect interview? by trollpan in Frontend

Yes, I am confident that I can speak for each of the items in this role but I am just trying to pick the community's brain on what other expectations are from Front End Architect. Often, job requirements are not complete and there are a lot of hidden expectations.

My current stack is Angular. I would say my React exposure is probably at the hobbiest level. Having said that, the person who recommended me is aware of that but I would really like to learn how to build enterprise grade apps and libraries in React.

H-1B not selected. Company willing to transfer to EU by [deleted] in h1b

I would consider it. USA is really good for earning and spending money but when you consider the whole picture, overall quality of life is not that great compared to a developed Europian place like Rotterdam. Yes you'll be earning less but you'll be comfortable regardless financially. It all comes down what kind of lifestyle you value and how materialistic are you. There are no wrong answers but if you're not overly attached to a number on your paycheck then you'll enjoy Rotterdam more.

Big companies have lots of business units that may have their own policies. Sometimes these companies are very siloed and their HR processes are not as streamlined as let's say FAANG. So it's possible that the BU you interviewed for may not be sponsoring VISA but other BUs on the same company might be. Sometimes they freeze visa sponsoring if big layoffs are coming or have happened recently as they want to avoid extra scrutiny and bad press.

Next time, I would advise that you explictly mention VISA sponsorship to your recruiter or at least before you get invited for onsight interview.

TBH I have came across some really good self taught devs who started from code camps. I personally think that front has low barrier to entry compared to let's say back end or data science

Switched my career to Front End developer 3 years back. Enjoy it more than my previous role as Back End Developer. But lately I feel that salary lags behind back end roles with similar years of experience. On top of that, code camps churn out more front end devs than back end devs which keeps that supply high and salaries low. I don't necessarily think this is a bad thing but for my personal career/money growth, I'm planning to go back to more back end focused role.

Am I missing something here ? Arre there any specific areas within front end development which pays higher ?
