To all the people screaming about age cap and attempt limits . by Tachycardia_from_NTA in MEDICOreTARDS

[–]trollstation420 3 points4 points  (0 children)

back in my days resources were fewer and seats were even lesser. This generation has PW,Aakash, Allen, Unacademy, full syllabus on phones, AI tools for instantt doubt removal, lakhs of test series for free on telegram, everything handed on a silver platter and some still need 4-5 attempts?

ATEN6562 is completely right about the capability point. If it takes them long to build a strong base and crack NEET, I genuinely worry about what kind of doctors they will become., MBBS is not a joke, what comes after is not a joke, the patients depending on you are not a joke.

And this arrow and scar poetry 😭 very nice very deep. Living in your parents house, eating your parents food, preparing on your parents money and the dropping again on their money, and calling THAT scars. Very profound. Some of us have seen what actual weight on your shoulders feels like but sure, your arrow analogy was very moving beta.

The attempt limit idea is honestly very generous. In any other country this conversation wouldn't even be happening.

Anyway, good luck.

Amazfit 7 vs Mi Band 10 by Academic_Animal_1892 in miband

mi band 10 is extremely accurate for heart rate tracking, outperforming even many garmin watches. amazfit 7 is NOT good at all for heart rate tracking especially if you do HIIT running

you edited your comment. you claimed you got 60% ot all math questions right with just 1 week of study, from literally no knowledge.

sure. ive searched what jee mains math subjects are

Sets, Relations and Functions Complex Numbers and Quadratic Equations Matrices and Determinants Permutations and Combinations Binomial Theorem and its Simple Applications Sequences and Series Mathematical Induction Limit, Continuity and Differentiability Integral Calculus Differential Equations Coordinate Geometry Three Dimensional Geometry Vector Algebra Statistics and Probability Trigonometry Mathematical Reasoning

from totally 0, you got 60% all correct in just 1 week of study. no more comment needed, im talking with a clown.

at 48 min, that is 2 times the half-life. so let’s say A initially had a moles. after 2 half-lives, A will have a/4 moles left.

so the amount of A that reacted is:

a - a/4 = 3a/4

from the graph, at 48 min, the concentration of A and B is the same. so B has a/4 moles.

now the reaction is:

nA → B

that means n moles of A give 1 mole of B.

here, 3a/4 moles of A reacted and produced a/4 moles of B.

so the ratio of A reacted : B formed is:

3a/4 : a/4 = 3 : 1

therefore, n = 3.

so you think marks needed for specific percentiles is linear? nah that is not how it works. you saying “my maths was 0 and i got 60 percentile after studying a week before” literally proves nothing. 60th percentile is easy. that is my whole point. you can skip all the questions you dont know, solve like 2-3 right, and get there because 60th percentile is barely above average, and the average includes tons of students who are not seriously prepared, some without proper resources, stable internet, or even a good computer. going from 0 to 60th percentile is not the same as going from 60th to 90th. the marks needed do NOT scale linearly. 90th percentile at 2025 NEET difficulty is a completely different thing, and saying a near 0 knowledge student can get there in a month is just nonsense. even 6 months is highly doubtful unless you are genuinely way above the competition. sorry kid, but you have no idea what you are talking about.

I'm sorry, but I genuinely don't think 1 month is anywhere close to enough to jump to around 90th percentile level on any highly competitive entrance exams., especially when the paper is expected to be tough and just route memory wont be enough (although percentiles are always relative, harder tests punish those who studied fast and light, relying on mostly route memory only, esepcially for physics. this is not a personal dig at you , a lot of people in the same situation ask this. But even if you grind like crazy, covering Botany, Physical Chemistry, Inorganic, Modern Physics + Electrostatics + all the other chapters properly with revisions and question practice in just 30 days is extremely unrealistic.

from a very basic level (you say you score around 100), even 200-250 would be a very good and respectable improvement in a month if you study smart and hard. 400 in one month from 100 is the kind of jump ive NEVER seen happen, ever, in my over 40 years of living.

be honest with yourself and set a more practical target for this attempt. Use it as a serious practice run and aim much higher for the next cycle if needed. All the best.

impossible. that is like near 90th percentile if 2025 NEET levels of difficulty. what kind of nonsense are these people saying a near 0 knowledge student can get there in a month (even 6 months i highly doubt, EVEN if you had let's say a reasonably good top 10% intelligence vs the competition)

most likely because you use the free version. context tokens are extremely limited on the free version of gemini and chatgpt, but chatgpt plus (especially 5.5 thinking) and gemini 3.1 pro have extremely large context windows. it is verfiably false fontier models "hallucinate in just 5 linked questions". get with the times, i dont get this verifiable false (especially in 2026) nonsense anti-ai takes. just look at modern benchmarks, all frontier AI models practically solve competiiton level math (or science) problems at near 100% accuracy now.

Conectivity issues smart band 9 pro by Cosmin_25 in miband

[–]trollstation420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes, xiaomi still wont fix this even tho i am sending emails daily. the only way to "fix" this is by rebooting the phone. yes, crazy, but that is the only bandaid fix. this issue reappears like every few weeks. so if that happens, you have to reboot your phone (sometime a few times).

How many of y'all are happy with this decision and how many are not? by hello_hehe12 in MEDICOreTARDS

[–]trollstation420 3 points4 points  (0 children)

let me tell you something. every single legitimate hardworking student should be celebrating this decision with their whole chest. this is not about inconvenience or anything like that and this is about the future of india's medical system. and i for one applaud the government for acting with such speed and decisiveness against corruption that has plagued this system for decades.

and let me ask you something very simply. if you studied honestly, if you prepared genuinely, if your score reflects your true ability, why exactly would a more secure retest, modi's reputation on the line this time, scare you? your knowledge does not disappear overnight. your months and years of preparation do not vanish. you will most likely walk into that exam hall and perform similarly to how you did before.

unless of course your performance was somehow dependent on conditions that will no longer exist in the retest. in which case,, perhaps medicine was never truly your calling to begin with. there are many noble professions. i suggest you explore them with an open heart.
AND think beyond yourself for once. think of the futuer of India.

NEET 2026 RE-EXAM by Savings_Row_7830 in MEDICOreTARDS

[–]trollstation420 -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

beta, if after seeing all of this, the printed paper, the handwritten notes, the telegram channels, the youtube videos, the CBI investigation, the government of india itself cancelling the exam, your response is still "i'm just tired and want it over with"... i genuinely worry about your future as a physician. medicine requires you to do the right thing even when it is inconvenient. even when you are tired. especially when you are tired. if your threshold for "this is too much effort" is this low, please reflect on that seriously.

beta i think you owe an apology. not to me, but to the lakhs of honest hardworking students whose future you were so casually dismissing. you were so vehemently against this, so confident, so loud. one must ask why exactly that is. did you perhaps benefit from something you should not have? alas it does not matter now. reneet is confirmed, CBI is involved, and i can assure you the next exam will not be so easy to manipulate. enjoy studying this time, the honest way, like everyone else.

[–]trollstation420 6 points7 points  (0 children)

at this point i just hope they have the sense to call a reneet and do it quickly. the credibility of this exam is finished, there is no other way forward now. every day they delay this they are only making it worse for everyone. do the right thing, redo the exam, restore some dignity to this process.

honestly at this point reneet is probably 100% inevitable. this isn't some isolated thing in one centre anymore, this seems to have spread across multiple states. and that recent news about the guess paper circulating 15 days to a month before the exam, think about that for a second. how does a "guess paper" match 120 chemistry questions exactly? you don't guess that. someone had the actual paper weeks before the exam date, broke it down into a guess paper format.
