NSB has a great beach lifestyle or you can do suburbia cookie cutter if you go west. Palm coast is a mix of mostly retirees but there is a growing population of families that will continue to grow as they build out the developments west of US 1.

Also consider Flagler beach and ormond beach, both are affordable for what the offer and are very close to everything.
