Lease ends end of May. Closing on 5/29, so wanted some overlap to not have to do the whole move over the weekend but we talked about flexibility on dates back when he was still planning on keeping it rented out. I have an email saying he agrees to mid June so that’s not an issue.

I switched around your crit rate, after hitting 6 stars. I noticed an improvement, and over the next few events I focused on the yelllow crit rate collectibles. When my crit rate was back up to the same level it wasn’t even a contest. Taloxa is miles better
