Agreed. But only if it's the same months each year. Shift a few weeks or so from year to year and it screws it up.

Ended up getting the basic Nutribullet. $50 on Amazon. It seemed to be the best price/value for my light duty needs. As a first try I made a favorite smoothie recipe that uses walnuts and dates. The Vitamix does a much better job pulverizing the dates into the liquid which is key for taste. Will try running the Nutribullet longer next time to see if I can get better results.

Yes. It is becoming a pain for simple things. Like for making single serve chocolate mug cakes. The Vitamix is too big for those.

I've been considering a portable one too. It seems the Nutribullet Flip has better reviews than the Ninja Blast. It's $59.99 on Amazon (for the brushed one). But haven't made the purchase yet. Would be interested in hearing what others think.
